As London’s premier children’s sports coaching company, The Little Foxes Club is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Tennis Coach to enhance our senior management team. This position offers an extraordinary leadership opportunity for those who are innovative and inspirational.

This is a hands-on post, and the candidate must be able to get stuck in and deliver immediate results. Therefore, coaching, management experience, excellent communication and organisational skills are essential requirements. You will also need to demonstrate an ability for tennis business development and be someone who thrives in a fast-paced work environment with an innovative culture. This is a hybrid role involving working in our brand new, fully refurbished offices in Park Royal (with on-site parking) and being on-the-tennis-court at our premium tennis coaching facilities in Kensington and Chelsea.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tennis Programme Development: Develop and implement a strategic plan for expanding our tennis programme and sales revenue across existing and new locations.
  • Brand Growth: Identify growth opportunities and potential tennis partners while championing brand consistency and quality standards.
  • Tennis Coach Recruitment: Lead the process of recruiting, selecting, and onboarding tennis coaches who match our brand values and objectives.
  • Leadership and Team Management helping tennis coaches with their day-to-day operations, particularly compliance with company standards and guidelines.
  • Training and Support: Develop training programs and provide ongoing support to our tennis coaches to ensure they operate effectively and meet brand expectations.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and manage our tennis programmes’ financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
  • Compliance: Refine and update our tennis curriculum to maintain compliance with LTA regulations and policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 3 LTA Tennis Qualification essential.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferable.
  • Full UK Driving license.
  • Proven experience in tennis business development and management.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Adaptability – being able to contribute to the development and performance of the wider business is extremely advantageous.
