Nutrition workshop (one off)

This is for a group workshop available for athletes, parents or coaches. Each workshop is created based on the requirements of each team and includes a Q and A after the session too. Each session can be delivered face to face (travel must be within reasonable distance from Essex, some travel expenses may be added). The sessions can also be delivered remotely via Microsoft Teams any day or evening each week. I will create a link for the session and then send the link for it to be distributed to the athletes and support staff.
