I am currently the Head of Strength and Conditioning coach at Championship Rugby Union side Cambridge. I have my own private facility based just outside of Bedford. I have been coaching for8 years now and have coached athletes from over 30 sports. Some of these experiences have come from;
– The Royal Ballet, London
– Northampton Saints
– Warwick Sport
– University of Bedfordshires Human Performance Centre

I have also lectured on the subject of Strength and Condtioning at St Mary’s University in London.
