1 to 1 athlete support package (6 x 1 hour sessions)
This is a 6 session package available to any athlete looking to improve their nutrition around training goals and performance. The sessions can be booked anytime to suit you. Some athletes that I currently support book them every other week, some book once a month. I keep a note of how many sessions you have had. After every session, I will send summary notes of our conversations plus additional resources that may further help your goals.
Each session will be conducted virtually over Microsoft Teams.
