I have worked in health and fitness since completing my Sport and Exercise Science degree in 2006. Having recently earned a Master’s in Sport and Exercise Therapy from Leeds Beckett University, I now combine my knowledge of fitness and strength with practical, hands‑on care.

My background spans 1‑1 strength coaching, Olympic weightlifting, and endurance event support, with specialist training in corrective exercise, cardiac and cancer rehabilitation, and ante/postnatal exercise. Clinic services include sports massage, cupping therapy, kinesiology taping, and tailored injury rehabilitation programmes.

With experience ranging from supporting elite performers at Northern Ballet to managing Sheffield’s Exercise Referral Scheme, I can bring both clinical expertise and a down‑to‑earth approach, suited to weekend warriors and elite athletes alike.
