As a Sport & Exercise Psychologist, my role is to support the performance goals and the overall wellbeing of my clients. My approach to practice is integrative, which means I will collaborate you to decide on which different approaches and theories will best support you.

All work carried out will be lead by your goals/preferences and be rooted in a strong evidence base. Sessions will be designed to meet your needs and preferences, supporting a range of topics, including, but not limited to: competitive anxiety, confidence, career transitions, injury, emotional regulation and mental skill development.
