I’m Bobbie Butters a strength and conditioning coach based in Hambleton, Lancashire, with 15 years of experience. I specialise in strength sports and female athlete development, combining my background as a competitive athlete and academic to deliver tailored coaching programs.

As a competitive powerlifter, I represent Team GB on the international stage. I’ve won multiple national medals and am a proud 2x European Champion. I’m thrilled to be representing GB at the upcoming World Games in China, a highlight of my athletic career.

Alongside my coaching, I’m a full-time lecturer in Sport and Exercise Science, sharing my knowledge with the next generation of athletes and professionals. My research focuses on understanding how the menstrual cycle impacts strength, allowing me to develop evidence-based programs that work.
