Daniel Jefferson is a Physical Preparation Coach with over ten years of experience in high performance sport. His background spans Olympic and Commonwealth level programmes, including leading Physical Preparation for the Indian elite boxing team through the Tokyo Olympic cycle and current work with Boxing and Gymnastics at the sportscotland institute of sport. He holds a Masters in High Performance Sport from the Australian Catholic University and a Bachelors in Sport and Exercise Science from Abertay University, alongside UKSCA accreditation. Daniel has worked with athletes across multiple sports and nationalities, combining evidence based programming with a strong record of coach education and athlete development.
