I’m Taja, founder of Invictus Mind Performance, and a Sport Psychologist dedicated to helping contact sport athletes enhance both performance and wellbeing to build an “undefeatable mindset”.

My approach is practical, collaborative, and tailored to the individual. The way I describe working with me is that you’re the driver, with full control over where we go, while I’m the passenger holding the map and providing guidance along the way.

With a background in rugby through both playing and professional practice, including work within Sale Sharks Academy and published research in women’s rugby, I understand the demands of the game and the environments athletes operate in.
