His passion for health and wellbeing started from a young age, taking an interest in competitive sports and athletics. Following a journey of self-discovery and a thirst for knowledge about anatomy and physiology to give him an edge in competition, Marc realised the power of sharing that knowledge with friends and peers to help them become more successful in their sports and achieve their desired fitness goals.
Moreover, Marc became fascinated with the body’s abilities to heal and recover following injury or indeed to overcome chronic symptoms of pain. But, the biggest takeaway was that the body cannot heal in isolation, it often requires a significant shift in how we process our emotions and mental state to create the optimal internal environment for change.
Marc has observed these changes manifest in many ways beyond physical to create powerful transformations in confidence and success among his clients. Many of Marc’s clients have not only improved their performance in the gym or in their sport, but have had significant further achievements in their careers and relationships.
This drive is what propels Marc to continue to invest in his own personal health and wellbeing as well as constantly seeking to expand on his manual therapy skills and knowledge, alongside growing his clinic and delivering exceptional results for his clients.
Today, Marc’s expertise encompasses a diverse range of services directed towards holistic wellbeing. This includes personalised fitness and wellbeing coaching that incorporates resilience coaching, injury rehabilitation, nutrition support and manual therapies. Using a combination of various modalities, he empowers his clients to enhance mobility, build strength, and alleviate pain, fostering a balanced approach to health and fitness.
