I work with athletes on an individual and team basis to support and help prepare for the demands of training and competition. As we are all individual, I believe in an athlete-centred approach, understanding an athlete’s unique perspective and experiences, and tailoring towards their individual needs.

My passion for sports psychology came from my own experiences of playing sport from a young age, understanding the impact and relationship between mind and performance. I provide a setting that allows athletes to feel comfortable, where they can grow and develop their knowledge and understanding of what is required to achieve their goals.

I am a sports psychologist in training, based in Blackpool, currently completing the ‘Qualification in Sport and Exercise Psychology (Stage 2)’ through the British Psychological Society.
