Working with me won’t guarantee you’ll win every competition or that the mental side of sport will magically become easy. But I can promise this: I’ll give you tools to improve your mental game and wellbeing so you can thrive. If you commit to these skills—just like your physical training—you’ll see the difference.

Why me?
I’m half-British, half-French—so I can sip tea and critique croissants with equal finesse. More seriously, growing up in a multicultural environment gave me a broad perspective and the ability to deliver sessions in English, French, or Spanish.
I’m a Sport and Exercise Psychologist in training with BASES, with a background in endurance and adventure sports. What truly sets me apart is my commitment to supporting underrepresented groups, particularly female and disabled athletes. My mission? To help create a sporting world where everyone feels valued and unstoppable.

My approach focuses on Performance, People, and Passion. I see you as more than an athlete chasing goals—you’re a person pushing limits while finding joy in the journey. Using ACT (Acceptance Commitment Training), I’ll help you develop mental flexibility and commit to what matters most.

I’m part French but not rude—I just have excellent taste in wine and pastries. My approach is empathetic and honest—I’m here to listen, support, and tell it like it is. I’m just as passionate about performance psychology as you are about your sport. That means I’m always refining my skills, walking the talk, and striving to deliver the best possible support to help you thrive.
