Performance consultant specializing in women's sports. Former roles at U.S. Soccer, The FA, Nike. Founder of Soccer Herformance

Hi, I’m Ellie, and I’m looking forward to supporting you through Athlete Now.

I know firsthand how challenging it can be to navigate your career without the right guidance. Early on, I struggled to find mentors, which often left me feeling unsure of the best path forward. When I finally connected with people who shared their insights and experiences, it completely changed how I approached challenges, growth, and opportunities.

Having mentors helped me navigate key decisions, develop critical skills, and build the confidence to take on roles and projects I might not have otherwise. Beyond professional growth, mentorship has also been a great way to share experiences, gain new perspectives, and connect with others in a meaningful way.

These experiences are why I value mentorship so much. Whether you’re looking for career advice, professional development support, or just a sounding board for your ideas, I’m here to help. My goal is to provide practical insights and perspective so you can feel more confident in your own path.

I look forward to connecting and helping you take the next steps in your career.
