1-to-1 Sport and Performance Psychology session to support your needs in sport and life.
This is all based upon your needs, with tailored support provided. This work targets understanding and developing our beliefs alongside utilising mental skills to support our development. This comes with email and text/whatsapp support.
These sessions will be designed to help you across a wide range of areas including: competing under pressure, coming back from injury, building confidence, concentration, moving towards goals, recovering from setbacks, balancing life and sport amongst many others.
The skills and tools you learn will provide practical support to help you with your sport, but they can also be applied on everyday life situations, giving us the opportunity attain fulfilment in sport and life.
