I am a Trainee Sport Psychologist experienced in delivering 1-2-1 support to amateur, semi-pro, and professional athletes. I have also delivered workshops and presentations to various sports teams, organisations and schools.

I have worked in a Sport Psychologist role across a range of sports including Gaelic Games, Golf, Lacrosse, Football and Basketball. I provide within both individual and team-based sports. This support has ranged from amateur level right up to professional level.

My continued training through the SEPAR accreditation route, means I can provide support based in the latest evidence and applied practice.

A passion for working in sport psychology developed though my early sporting experiences and seeing how psychology could make such a difference between athlete and team performance.

I also have a background in teaching as well. This allows me to go beyond the usual areas of sport psychology and provide performance psychology and well-being support in schools to students and teachers.
