Sean is an Elite Level 3 ASCA accredited strength and conditioning coach, who is the lead S&C for Lacrosse Australia, the head of S&C for the Adelaide Lightning (professional female basketball) and is the co-owner of the PEAQ Performance Centre. Sean co-owns the PEAQ Performance Centre with Dr Darren Burgess, who is one of the world’s most renowned High Performance Managers.
