I’m an ASCA Elite Level 3 Coach who is involved in both the professional and private sectors of the strength and conditioning industry. I’ve been fortunate enough to apply my trade in Australian Rules Football, Cricket, Lacrosse and Basketball settings, as well as owning and operating a private high-performance centre (PEAQ) in Adelaide, South Australia.
In recent times Dr Darren Burgess has joined PEAQ’s ownership group and we were awarded the best facility in South Australia for 2023/24.
I am here to assist in facilitating coaching, programming, elite level facilities and recovery to anyone travelling to Australia.
