Nicole is an an accredited strength and conditioning coach (ASCC), performance lifestyle advisor and sports scientist based in Lancashire. She has 18 years of experience in sports. Nicole specialises in adventure sports (climbing, mountaineering, snow sports, water sports), weightlifting and rugby. In addition to this she is qualified in coaching across several sports and is also an accredite sports performance analyst.

Nicole is the lead the strength and conditioning for TASS athletes at UCLan along with lecturing on the sport and exercise science degrees. Prior to this she lead the performance lifestyle on both TASS and internal scholarships and the strength and conditioning for university scholarship student athletes.

She has supported the Strength and conditioning and performance lifestyle for national and international training camps (GB Climbing and Paddle. UK) and previously worked for British Weightlifting.
